Dec. 14, 2010: Studio 90

Studio 90 unveils the very first four winners of the 2010 Best of US Soccer Awards: Best Aim, Best Picture, Best Efficiency: Staff and Finest South Africa Moment Introduced to you by Budweiser. In addition, US Men’s National Group midfielder Landon Donovan, who was concerned in every of the class winners, joins the show from Los Angeles.

    Donovan-That goal you made in the last minute really did attract soccer more to the STATES,people from all over the world have seen that GOAL,you may not notice it,but to us,its a BIG inspiration,especially to us young High School Soccer Players,and as far as i can see,MLS,is growing,Soccer in the States is growing,and we all THANK YOU,and the WHOLE U.S Soccer Team.

    I mean, was there really any doubts about what would win those last 3 categories?

    Although I believe the Slovenia game could take the best team performance due to having to regroup at halftime and comeback from a 2 goal deficit…far harder.
    Best moment HAD to be the goal against Algeria of course.

    Donovan is a true proffesional, level headed and confident. An absolute legend in US Soccer history. I’ve watched hundreds of games in my life but I think that moment against Algeria was my most joyful of all. Thank you for that Donovan and everyone else on the team!
